Well-founded, clear and practical: I give talks and workshops on conflict culture, mediation and topics in the social and advance-care field (e.g. adult protection law) — for companies, municipalities, educational institutions and social organisations.
Topics
My focus lies on two fields: conflict resolution and conflict culture in organisations — and the field of advance care (adult protection law, advance healthcare directives, etc.), on which I have lectured in adult education for many years. Every talk is tailored to the occasion, the audience and the time frame.
Formats
From a keynote impulse to a half-day workshop or a seminar series: I work interactively, with examples from practice and without jargon. On request I combine talk and workshop so that impulses turn into concrete steps.
